Terms & Conditions – Ultimate Student Award

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and registering for the Ultimate Student Award organized by Dainik Jagran iNext, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Any participation in this event will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Ultimate Student Award, students must meet the following criteria:

Must have successfully passed the 2026 Board Examinations.
Class 10: Must have secured a minimum of 90% aggregate marks.
Class 12: Must have secured a minimum of 85% aggregate marks (applicable to Science Stream only).
Must be enrolled in CBSE, ICSE, or ISC boards.

3. Registration & Participation

Registration for the Ultimate Student Award is 100% free. Dainik Jagran iNext does not charge any hidden fees or monetary deposits for participation, issuing certificates, or awarding medals. Any communication asking for money on behalf of the Ultimate Student Award is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

4. Verification of Documents

All registered details and submitted documents (marksheet/scorecard uploads) are subject to strict verification. Students must provide true and accurate information. Dainik Jagran iNext reserves the right to disqualify any applicant at any stage if the provided information is found to be forged, incorrect, or manipulated.

5. Event Attendance

Eligible students will be invited to the felicitation ceremony at the designated venue in their respective cities. Medals and certificates will be distributed at the event. Organizers are not liable to courier physical awards or certificates to students who fail to attend the ceremony.

6. Media Release & Consent

By participating in the Ultimate Student Award, students and their guardians grant Dainik Jagran iNext the absolute right and permission to use, publish, and broadcast photographs, videos, and interviews taken during the event for promotional, editorial, and advertising purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms.

7. Modifications & Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to alter, modify, postpone, or cancel the event dates, venues, or these terms and conditions without prior notice due to unforeseen administrative or logistical circumstances.
